Rhenti securely integrates with top property management systems (PMS) such as Yardi, Entrata, Buildium, RentManager, and RentCafé through high security APIs. Your property information, such as price, availability, property sizes, and dates, will be updated on a daily basis. When you make a new listing or modify details of an existing one, the listing data is reflected throughout Rhenti's entire ecosystem before the next day, refreshing at midnight EST.
Rhenti integrates directly with many ILS sites as well as third party ILS provider platforms, automatically pushing your listings to where renters are searching. Renter inquiries are pulled from these sites into the Rhenti platform where they are captured as leads with full contact info and channel source details.
Once in Rhenti, these leads are nurtured through the leasing funnel stages to where qualified applicants can reach the final step of signing the lease agreement within Rhenti, giving your team a single centralized platform to manage the complete lead-to-lease funnel.
Rhenti’s website widgets are integrated onto your landing pages and display active listing information that is based on updated availability and pricing data that is synced from your PMS platform to your Rhenti account. Renter leads can inquire, chat, book showings, and send applications from our widgets. Leveraging Rhenti’s widgets, renter lead information is automatically captured in Rhenti’s CRM with full contact details and activity history – which is pushed into your PMS without manual data entry effort from your team.
